In 2015 we started our real estate journey by acquiring a 12- unit, owner-operated, Class C apartment in South East Houston. The experience has served as a crucible of learning the real estate business from the ground-up. From repositioning of units to dealing with the City for permits to developing systems to enable a low-touch, low-cost management of apartment units, we have done it all.
